Our philosophy is that people are always inherently valuable to a company. The people shouldn’t change, their tooling should. We don’t build capacity by reducing headcount. We build it by increasing the potential of every person already there.
Most software sold to MSPs is built by people who have read about your business. Before we wrote much of Stratascout, we embedded with one and stayed. One of us apprenticed as a technician: taking the tickets, sitting on the calls, going onsite and learning just like everyone else on the team.
That is where these four tools came from. Not from a workshop about what MSPs might want, but from finding out which parts of the day were actually the problem.
